Municipal Environmental Protection Monitoring Station to Carry out Free Indoor Environmental Monitoring

According to the unified deployment of the provincial environmental protection department, our city's environmental monitoring station will provide free indoor environmental quality monitoring services for newly decorated families during the "June 5" World Environment Day.

Starting from May 30, the station collected 20 eligible families from the whole city through TV station aerial broadcast, local area network publicity and banners hanging in office buildings. From June 1 to 10, the station monitored 4 items including formaldehyde, ammonia, benzene and benzene series. During the activity, the environmental monitoring technicians will know the decoration conditions in the client's home in detail, formulate specific monitoring and distribution plans according to the actual situation, carry out monitoring and analysis on the four indoor pollution factors, provide accurate and detailed monitoring and analysis reports to the owners so as to make them understand the safety conditions of their living environment, and at the same time put forward suggestions for the owners to improve the indoor environmental quality according to the monitoring results.

The purpose of this activity is to promote environmental protection monitoring into families and to continuously improve the indoor environmental quality of residents.
